Dan Snyder doesn’t always have direct contact with KCIC clients, but he is critical behind the scenes. Dan and his team build and support the secure and stable technology infrastructure that houses and runs client claims and policies. That infrastructure also serves as the foundation for the complex Custom Solutions that KCIC provides.
When Dan and his team do get involved with a client or a client’s partner, it’s to help determine the exact pain point the client is facing, so that a new, automated solution can be implemented.
Dan also supports internal needs by working to streamline and automate manual tasks. As part of KCIC’s training team, he shares his extensive technical and industry knowledge. He also collaborates with the development team in maintaining The Ligado Platform.
Dan is continually learning and researching new technologies. “I find that I’m able to recommend and implement solutions that will allow dynamic growth and provide cost savings,” he says. “Doing so allows KCIC to spend more time implementing solutions and products for our clients.”
In his spare time, Dan enjoys golf, basketball, movies, and watching University of North Carolina basketball. He also runs in charity events, rolls up his sleeves for a variety of volunteer activities, and is a member of several local technology user groups.
