Patrick Madl manages claims administration and litigation support for a variety of clients. He has experience transitioning new clients onto the Ligado platform by migrating large and complex datasets into a normalized structure. Patrick helps prepare fiscal and ad hoc reporting, while also helping clients maximize their financial recovery through cost allocations and insurer billing.
Having assisted and participated in mediations on behalf of clients and their counsel regarding litigation and coverage disputes, Patrick has a strong understanding of how data can help clients resolve disputes with their insurers and counsel.
Patrick has been a KCIC small group leader for the past two years, where he lives out KCIC’s Core Values and has a passion making KCIC a teaching organization. This has allowed him to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable engaging in company activities. The small groups have been an important part of KCIC’s culture, and he continues to create an atmosphere where people can build relationships, solicit feedback, and take part in training.
Outside of the office, Patrick stays busy taking care of his two dogs, Brodie and Bentley. He enjoys cooking, traveling, and pursuing a goal to run a marathon in a new city each year.
